The Backdoor Goals Laxback comes with enough bungees to string up the wall. While the bungees do wear out, they are the only piece of the wall that needs upkeep. The bungees provide the spring and adjustability and keep it quiet, giving it the qualities that the competition doesn't have. They will wear at different rates depending on several factors. Weather, amount of use, direct hits to them, how tight the net is and the natural quality variance in the production of the supplied bungees, all affect how long they last.

There are a few ways to maximize the life span of the bungees:

• Do not tighten net completely when setting up the first time
• Let the net and bungees stretch for several hours to a day before adjusting
• Evenly distribute the bungees along the side
• Place all bungees through the same row of squares on any side
• Try not to hit the wall right at the bungees
• Replace bungees as they break to reduce the stress on the others
• Keep the wall out of extreme weather conditions

Backdoor Goals offers bungees for when your original ones wear out. They are custom made in the US for Backdoor Goals. They will last long because they are thick, tight, UV protected, and water resistant. In addition they are white, which provides better resistance to heat, and have a water resistant nylon exterior.
