Backdoor Goals believes in word of mouth which requires making sure all customers are satisfied with their purchase.  If within 30 days of recieving your order you are not satisfied, you may return the product minus shipping charges. Backdoor Goals will honor a 1 year quality assurance on the frames of the Laxback and Practice Goals for normal wear and tear.

Bungees and nets are guarenteed for 60 days for defects and are not guarantees for 1 year due to natural wear and tear, storing and weather conditions, and other factors outside of BDG's control such as falling trees, dogs and weed whackers.

Returns will be accepted for any product not opened and used up to 30 days, other than the Laxback and goals which may tried first.

BDG will happily replace parts and provide support when necessary.
